eastern shore in Hatch Cove, the sunsets are incredible.
The home is 40 feet from the waters edge with 110 ft of frontage.  
Children can enjoy the 14 ft wide sandy beach area for safe play.
 The open concept first level has marble floors through out with 
granite counters and knotty pine interior.  The second level has 
hardwood floors and modern colors.  The master bedroom overlooks the 
lake with large windows.  The upstairs bathroom offers a relaxing 
atmosphere with a large jucuzzi tub, surronded by mable. Also 
located on the 2nd floor is the 2nd bedroom & 2nd living room area 
which can be used as a 3rd bedroom. 
This home has a total of 1500 sq ft of interior space. A bonus...The garage area
is set up like a screened in porch for those rainy days! 
A great rental for families of up to 8!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The lake front home has everything you could want, a fully equipped 
kitchen with all new appliances.  Dishwasher, washer & dryer, 
microwave.  The sitting room facing the water has leather furniture, 
42" plasma T.V.,with Direct T.V. & surrond sound.  Wireless Access!  The first floor 
has a soapstove wood stove and radiant heat.
The master bedroom has a king size bed.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen 
bed with a queen size futon, The upstairs living room area has a 
queen size futon, 42" wide screen T.V. with Direct T.V.,& DVD 
player.  This room can easily be a 3rd bedroom.  Linens & 
towels are provided.
Enjoy the 24 ft aluminum dock, outside fire place, gas grill & lawn 
furniture. 2 boat moorings are available for your use.
The evenings at the lake are awesome...sitting on the eastern shore 
line...the sunset views couldn't be more spectacular...it seems like 
each nite a different designer has arrived to add their touch of 
color. This is a picture you will hold in your minds eye for a long 
time.

Activities and Attractions

Our home is within 11 miles to Colby College!  
Belgrade Lakes is a beautiful area to enjoy your vacation.  Hiking & 
biking are great activities, especailly  to Blueberry Mountain. The 
views are spectacular.  Treat yourself to a sunrise on the mountain, 
you'll never forget it!   Great Pond is an exceptional lake with 
beauty all around.  The call of the loon is such a sound. We are 
greatful to have many in our area, and they come rather close to the 
home.  On those rainy day's Augusta and Waterville are only 15 
minutes away and both areas offer shopping and restraunts. Looking 
for a slower pace, go into the town of Belgrade and enjoy the quaint 
shops and restraunts.  They 4th of July fire works are a great show, 
either from the home or a short drive to Long Pond.  Sit on the 
waters edge and enjoy! Golf...the golf course is within a 15 minute 
drive.
