Panda Express, Cinemas, Hama Sushi, Spotted Frog wine bar, State 
Liquor Store, etc. 
 
Two wonderful libraries nearby driving distance, one is withing 
walking distance, near Wal-Mart and Pier 1. 
 
Free Shuttle to the ski slopes and Main street, where world class 
restaurants are plentiful. 
SLC airport is close by, 25 minutes.  
  
Three world-class resorts are nearby - The Canyons Resort, Park City 
Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort.  You also have the option of going to 
The Olympic Park, Sundance, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Heber (Cross 
Country) or cross country ski from outside your deck. 
 
Helecopter skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing,  sleigh rides, 
fly fishing, hot air 
ballooning, horseback riding, etc.

Fall - $175/night 
Regular Winter: $300/night 
Holiday Winter:  $325/night 
 
Sundance:  $375/night 
 
Christmas/New Year: $375/night   
 
Refundable $500 damage/theft deposit 
 
----------If you are interested in booking this: a signed contract is 
required and half deposit to hold your reservation if booked 30 days 
prior and before. 
We NOW take Credit Cards for your convenience 
$100 cleaning fee for each stay + refundable deposit is added to the 
final amount.
