smoke-free condo.

The money you save by having breakfast and other meals "in" , not including how much healthier it is to prepare your own.  If you don't/can't cook,  Whole Foods is within walking distance with hot breakfast, coffee and a great salad bar/deli.

owls and moose wandering in front of you in the pristine Swaner Preserve.

Free Shuttle to the ski slopes and Main street, where world class
restaurants are plentiful.
SLC airport is close by, 25 minutes.
Three world-class resorts are nearby - The Canyons Resort, Park City
Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort. You also have the option of going to
The Olympic Park, Sundance, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Heber (Cross
Country) or cross country ski from outside your deck.
Helecopter skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides,
fly fishing, hot air

Holiday Winter: $325/night *i.e. Presidents Day, Thanksgiving, and
National Public Holidays
Sundance Film Festival: Jan 15-18= $450/night, 4 night minimum -1st
week is booked, book for the second week now
Jan 18-23=$375/night, * the best time to ski in Park City
Christmas/New Year: $375/night
Refundable $500 damage/theft deposit

required and half deposit to hold your reservation if booked 30 days
prior and before.

$100 cleaning fee for each stay + refundable deposit is added to the
final amount.
