washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas oven/range and more. 

Outdoors the covered patio is perfect for outside enjoyment with green grass, flowers and trees. Sit on the 
front porch and enjoy the peaceful serenity of the beautiful historic neighborhood.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Completely restored southwest style 1920s house with modern kitchen and master suite. 1,450 sq ft, 2 
bedroom, 2 bath, office with computer, Internet connection, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 
gas oven/range, beautiful landscape, RV gate. Each bedroom had a queen bed. Sorry no smoking or pets.

Centrally located the heart of Phoenix, this home is close to restauraunts, arts, culture, antiques, nature, golf, 
sporting events, and much more.
