Beach. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath "home away from home" is on a non-
driving, family friendly beach. Our unit is comfortable, clean and
decorated as your home would be. Enjoy the pool, children's pool,
sun deck, beach, or spend hours on the furnished balcony enjoying a
southern view of the ocean and the intercoastal.
Minutes from excellent restaurants, the quaint downtown area and
miles of nature preserve, our little slice of paradise is someplace
you will surely want to visit again and again. At our doorstep you
will find world class fishing and surfing, birdwatching, and if the
season is right, you may catch the turtles hatching right in front of
our complex.
Located just a quick hours drive from the Orlando International
Airport, there are many day trips available to you if you decide to
leave the beach. Daytona, and all of it's attractions, is within 30
minutes, Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center is just an hour
south, and Walt Disney World is approximately an hour and a half
southwest.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Our unit has been completely redecorated, as has the complex itself,
boasting new elevators, new tile in the common areas, a beautiful
pool with sundeck and lush green landscape. The unit has a full size
kitchen with a dishwasher, all the pots, pans, dishes and glasswear
you might need, as well as top of the line towels and linens.
Furthermore, there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit, so
you don't have to waste a minute of time on your precious vacation.
Activities and Attractions
Activties include shuffle board, bbq area, cabana with kitchen, pool,
children's pool and sundeck. Located just a few minutes away you
will also find hiking, bike trails, playgrounds, tennis courts and
beach volleyball, as well as great shopping and dining.

A 15% premium will be added for Holiday weeks and special events.
