Vacation Rental Description

This is a Brand New Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Great location on 
Capistrano Pl. in beautiful   
Mission Beach. Panoramic views & Sunsets from the 3rd floor roof top 
deck. In addition there are 5 
more view decks and a court patio. Feel the Ocean Breeze just steps 
from the Ocean and Bay. 2 Car 
Garage parking & 2 additonal parking spaces in driveway. Washer & 
Dryer and Outdoor Hot & Cold 
Shower. The Master bedroom is on the 3rd floor and features a King 
size bed and Jacuzzi Tub in the 
Master Bath. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. 
One of them has a Queen size bed 
and the other has 2 twin size beds. Bathroom #2 is between the 2nd & 
3rd bedrooms. Bedroom # 4 is on 
the 1st floor and has a Queen size bed and it's own private bath. 
There is a sofa sleeper in the 
Living room and we will provide an Aero Bed if addtional sleeping 
room is required. This house has a 
Full Kitchen with the latest State of the Art Stainless 
Appliances.....Refridge, Range, Micro, 
Dishwasher. Central Vaccum Cleaner, Gas BBQ grill located on deck 
just outside kitchen and living 
room.

**Rates include maid service on departure**
* A 10.5 city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
* Security deposit of $500 to hold dates and is refundable shortly 
after departure if the key is 
returned and premises is left in acceptable condition.
The Rent and Tax is due 30 days prior to arrival.
