Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful home is located in the Historic district of downtown Napa. The home was built in the  
early 1900's and has been fully restored (December 2007). This centrally located Napa wine valley  
home with its beautiful original wood floors, ceilings, and doors makes it a charming getaway. 
The house has 2 bedrooms.  
 
The large bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of room. The second bedroom has a day bed, a  
writing desk with the ability for high speed internet access. This is a cozy room that you can curl  
up with your favorite book, listen to music via the Bose radio system, or conduct business while  
away from home. 
 
The newly upgraded kitchen was done in an early 1900 wine country theme, however with modern  
appliances. The appliances included are, Gas Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal Unit,  
Combor Freezer Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and all flatware, silverware, cookware and  
utensils. 
 
The living room has all leather furniture, flat screen television with Digital Direct TV. Watch your  
favorite movies or enjoy the local entertainment and news. 
 
The bathroom is completely restored with a soaker tub and shower enclosure. Enjoy a nice quiet  
relaxing bath or shower with our European bath products.

February - April: $210.00 per night or $1250.00 per week.** 
 
     May- November: $245.00 per night or $1550.00 per week.** 
 
     Pre-crush special- $200.00 per night for a couple/additional $25.00 for addl. guest- Oct./Nov  
only 
 
**Transient Occupancy Tax of  12% and cleaning fee is not include in the above rates. (90-125.00) 
 
**Corporate rental rates available- call for pricing. 
 
*All quoted rental rates are for 2 persons. 
*All rentals in excess of 2 weeks require a $150.00 cleaning.
