Our luxurious home is located at 138 Gulfport Court. It has been
completely refurbished and remodeled with all the high quality
finishes and updated features needed to relax in paradise. Our home
has 1948 square feet of air conditioned space. The open living space
allows view of the waterway from the entire house. The master
bedroom, nautical bedroom, Caribbean bedroom, living/great room,
kitchen, and dining rooms all have views of the water. The exterior
area is just as large, boasting over 1200 square feet of screened-in
lanai, heated pool and spa with waterfall and sun deck. The pool area
has the sought-after "West" exposure. Experience breathtaking sunsets
from the lanai while grilling or enjoying an afternoon of outdoor
dining.
This is the perfect vacation rental home for your Marco Island
adventure. The master area features a king-size bed, super large walk-
in closet, his and her vanities, and a sliding glass door with access
to the lanai/pool area. The second bedroom "Caribbean Room" features
a queen-size bed, separate entry to Jack-n-Jill bathroom and sliding
glass doors for an expansive view of the waterway. The third
bedroom "Nautical Room", serves as both a bedroom and a cabana
room/bathroom. It also has sliding glass doors with exit to the sun
deck area. During the day just place the Murphy beds up and enjoy the
open area and 1/2 bath. The living/great room has a convertible full
size sofa sleeper for your convenience. All rooms have TVs and a mix
of DVD's and/or VHS's.

Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands,
located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been
described as Magical, Mystical and Paradise. The attraction is
tropical, sun-washed, white-sand beaches and a casual easy paced
lifestyle. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and
sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.
As you cross the Jolley Bridge and look out over the Island and
waterways, you get a sense that you are entering paradise.
Restaurants of all types feature fine dining to fast food with
entertainment seven nights a week. Golfing is available at as many
courses as stars in the sky, all only a short drive away. Tin City
and downtown Naples is a short 30 minutes away.
