Vacation Rental Description

Large and gracious seven bedroom house close to everything, perfect 
for a memorable family vacation or entertaining friends or clients. 
Two large living rooms, enormous dining room, fully equipped modern 
kitchen. Stained glass windows and hardwood floors make this a house 
with lots of character.  Seven comfortable bedrooms sleep up to 
sixteen people on deluxe matresses. Back deck with a barbeque grill 
and ocean view is great for dining or lounging.  Wrap around front 
porch with plenty of seating for relaxing. Located in a residential 
area within short walking distance of casinos, theaters, restaurants 
and shopping. One block to the beach and boardwalk.

Vacation Rental Amenities

air conditioning, ceiling fans, heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 
microwave, toaster oven, stove and oven, coffee maker.  Off street 
parking for three cars. Permit parking for 4cars on the street. A total of seven spots. Bed linens 
and towels can 
be rented at an additional fee. Utilities and cable are renters responsibility.

Activities and Attractions

Atlantic City is the Las Vegas of the east, with ocean, beach and 
boardwalk. There is fishing, boating, golf, surfing, biking, amazing 
shopping all nearby.  For the kids, there is miniature golf, 
amusement piers, storybook land, water parks, etc. The Atlantic City 
airport is a twenty minute drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Season (May 23 Mem.Day wknd to Labor Day wknd Sept.1)
$29,999.00 dollars.
Off Season is (Sept.4th to May 17th) $1500.00 weekly, $4000.00 
monthly
June, Sept $3000.00 weekly, $8000.00 monthly (without Labor Day 
Weekend)
Weekend rentals $600.00 per night two (2) night minimum. From 
September 4th to May 16th.                                         
July $4000.00 weekly, $12,000.00 monthly
August $4000.00 weekly, $13,000.00 monthly
Memorial Day weekend, $2500.00
Labor Day weekend, $2500.00
Weekly rentals are from Saturday 2pm to Saturday 11am
Deposits $1000.00 for week $2500.00 for monthly rental.
