the home, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The
spacious home also has 10-14'ceilings throughout the home.

is located directly across the street for Seltzer Beach Park. Located
just minutes to St. Andrews State Park, steps to Mr. Surfs, a mile to
the marina, Capt. Andersons Restaurant, Schooners, Treasure Ship,
Pirate Ship (for kids) and many others. Even enjoy grilling out
overlooking the private pool!!
