memorable. Located only 5 minutes from the Palm Beach International
Airport, it is designated as an historic home in Southland Park, a
community adjacent to the famous Antique Row in West Palm Beach.
Nearby City Place features the Kravis Center for the Performing
Arts,
Palm Beach Convention Center, a 20 screen Muvico theatre,
restaurants, night clubs and shopping. A block away, Antique Row;
three blocks, intracoastal waterway; six blocks, the bridge over to
beautiful Palm Beach island and its beaches, world class dining, and
five-star restaurants.

Casita Madre is the name for the cottage behind the main house, Casa
Rosas. It is a one room cottage with a queen size bed, fully
equipped kitchen with laundry and separate bathroom with a shower.

Amenities for Casita Madre are abundant: European bed linens, air
conditioning, beach towels and chairs, television with DVD and HBO,
Bose stereo system. Outside old Chicago brick walkways line the
newly installed "spool" (a heated spa/pool).

October 1 - April 30 $1,200/week (Saturday through Saturday rental).
Deposits: 25% and a refundable $500 security due upon reservation.
