All of our units include linens, a start up of coffee, shampoo,
dishwashing soap, and tolietry items. Most of our units have
fireplaces, some of our units have hot tubs and jacuzzis. We do
have some units with game rooms. Please call us with what you are

Our units start as low as $100 per night and go up to $750 per
night, depending on size of unit and number of guest. Some of our
units have hot tubs, jacuzzi tubs, unbelievalbe views.
We do charge a one time processing fee, depending on size of unit
this fee may vary and tax. If staying with in town limits of Beech
or Sugar Mountain this tax rate is 12.75%.
