Quaint condo unit located in beautiful Highlands County, on Lake
Clay. A 350 acre sand-bottom ridge lake that is great for fishing
and water sports. Lounge by the heated pool, spend the day on the
beach, picnic on the grounds for dinner.
All accommodations are just steps from the lake, on ground level and
come completely furnished. The impeccably clean efficiency
apartments have central air conditioning and heat, color cable TV,
telephone, BBQ's, king size heated pool, coin laundry on the
premises, beach and dock, as well as shuffleboard courts and nearby
golf and tennis.
Each 600 sq. ft. apartment has two double beds and a sleeper sofa in
a great room setting, separate fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom
and breezy screened-in porch that overlooks the lake. Should you
stay for more than a week, extra bedding and towels will be supplied
for your housekeeping. This is a condominium and there is no daily
maid service. No smoking inside the units and no pets allowed.

Golf and tennis located nearby in Lake Placid and Sebring. Only a
mile to the uptown Lake Placid area that is famous for its murals on
many of the buildings. And just a short 12 mile drive to Sebring
International Raceway, the home of the American LeMans Series 12
Hours of Sebring car race.
Venture out on a day trip to Orlando (2 hours to the north) or the
Gulf Coast beaches (2 hours to the west) or the Atlantic Ocean (2
hours to the east). Great location in Central Florida!!

Highlands Hammock State Park in Sebring offers nature buffs a chance to walk through oak hammocks and preserved areas where wildlife can be seen.
