Vacation Rental Description

Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with large den overlooking 
beautiful Terra Cea Bay, the pool and jacuzzi.  Located on the 3rd 
floor, this 2,500 sq ft. unit has room abound.  The unit has been 
decorator finished with a large leather sectional, 42" HD Sony TV, 
beautiful furniture and gorgeous window treatments. The MBR features 
two walk in closets, and a beautiful bathroom with jacuzzi. In 
addition to two other bedrooms (one with queen bed and the other 
with 2 twins), the den is quite large with a computer and pull out 
sofa sleeper.  Separate room for washer and dryer, and plenty of 
closet space.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bay Club is the newest condominium building completed in 2007 within 
the Terra Ceia Country Club gated community.  There is protected 
parking below the building.  The building is handicap accessible 
with both entrance doors featuring automatic openers and ramps 
leading into the building.  Located just north of Bradenton off of 
Highway 19, Terra Ceia is 40 minutes from Tampa Int'l Airport and 20 
minutes from Sarasota\Bradenton airport.  There is an executive 18 
hole golf course on the property, a health club, restaurant and a 
nature trail pier that roams through the mangroves along the Bay - 
the sunsets are fabulous!!

Activities and Attractions

Located between Sarasota (cultural center of Florida) and Tampa, 
this vacation home offers the peace and quiet you deserve while 
allowing you to engage in fine dining, sporting events, museum and 
attractions within a short ride.  Siesta Key and Fort Desoto 
beaches, two of the top ten in the country, are within a 30 minute 
drive; Busch Gardens 45 minutes, Disney World 1.5 hours, downtown 
Sarasota 25 minutes, downtown St. Petersburg 30 minutes, spring 
baseball in Sarasota and Tampa, professional hockey, baseball and 
football in Tampa, a fishing pier outside your door, and golf 
courses throughout the area.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season - January through April $3,000 - $3,800 per month
Low Season -  May through October $1,700 - $2,300 per month
Mid Season - November and December $2,300 - $3,000 per month

Minimum rental period of 30 days by Association bylaws - discounts 
apply for 60 day or longer rental periods.  Formal application is 
required and a $600 deposit is required to hold the unit.  Rates 
include all local utilities.  A $100 cleaning fee upon departure is 
in addition to the rental fee and a $500 security deposit will be 
returned upon departure.
