This fully furnished, one bedroom - two baths, spacious condo has  
everything you need!  It is a newly constructed dwelling with a  
beautiful kitchen and gorgeous hardwood floors throughout.  It is  
also located directly on the intercoastal and is within walking  
distance to beach.  To help you enjoy quiet evenings, you have  
access to your own private balcony, which runs the entire length of  
unit and overlooks the private pool and the intercoastal waterway.   
Feel free to enjoy the peace and quiet, as you wave to the boats  
passing by on the intercoastal, or ignore everyone as you enjoy a  
dip in the pool located just below the balcony.  A private dock is  
also at your disposal if you need to dock your boat or if you want  
to try your luck at fishing.  This condo is located less than a few  
minutes walking distance from the beach and is a short drive to  
restaurants and to the shops at the famous John’s Pass Village.
