great places to go Tide pooling from Indian Beach north to Patrick’s
Point State Park. There are miles of hiking trails in and around
Trinidad for those that want to explore this beautiful area more
intimately.

Trinidad Head--Hiking trails lead to one of the most spectacular views
on the coast! Great place to watch sunsets or view the gray whales and
many other species of marine mammals.

Trinidad Harbor and Pier--Full access boat launch to the best fishing
on the north coast! Salmon, rock fish, ling cod, and crabbing. Free
beach launch for small boats and kayaks. Fishing charters and kayak
tours available.

Trinidad State Beach--Easy access beach offers beautiful views, great
family fun!

Humboldt State University Marine Lab--offers free displays and small
aquarium.

Patrick’s Point State Park--The park offers several miles of hiking
