This is an "Old Florida" style beach rental, it has been lovingly
renovated and remodeled and offers a sunny, open floor plan with
livingroom, open eat-in kitchen plus snack bar area and familyroom
with office alcove, TV and DVD/VCR player. Roughly 1500 sq ft of living
area! Nothing between it and the
ocean, the sound of the sea in your large backyard!

Two bedrooms both with good quality queen sized beds with dressers and full closets.

All linens, cookware and utensils are included.

Front porch and huge back deck complete with gas grill.

There is also an outdoor shower.

Brand new central A/C!

We will try to accomodate special needs whenever possible.

We are located within 3 minutes of several boat ramps
(boat/trailer parking can be arranged). Also: 2 minutes from Navy
Seal Museum and Park.


Downtown Ft. Pierce Historic District and Marina is just 5 minutes
over the bridge and offers shopping, dining, the famous "Tiki Bar"
and The Highwaymen Museum. There is also Fridayfest and "Bike Nite"
festivals at the waterfront park each week as well as many art and music festivals thru-out the year.

15 minutes to the north is quaint and charming Vero Beach offering
adorable shops and cafe's and the famouse "Ocean Grille" which sits
right out and over the Atlantic.

There is also a LARGE outlet mall 30 minutes north.

-Off Season rates are as follows:
May thru November months are $1500, discounted to $1350 per month
for any two or more consectuive months.

-Seasonal rates are from January thru April and are $2995 per month.

-If you are interested in shorter or longer terms PLEASE inquire, we
will be happy to consider these on a case by case basis depending on
availibility.

-There is a $200 fully refundable security deposit returned after
inspection.

-There is a $100 cleaning fee collected in advance.
