Rates Include Cleaning.  
 
Summer: May 1- September 20: 
4 night minimum. $1295/week, $645/2 night weekend, $199/night Sun- Thu. 4 night minimum.  
 
Fall: September 21- December 22: 
4 night minimum. $1495/week, $695/2 night weekend, $229/weeknight Sun-Thu. 4 night  
minimum. Thanksgiving winter rate and week minimum. 
 
Winter: December 23- May 1:  
$1895/week, week minimum. 
 
RATES INCLUDE: CLEANING, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, Hot  
Tub and Swimming Pool maint, high speed wireless DSL internet (WiFi)  
access, fireplace, firepit, HBO. Add 11.5% tax. 
 
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, checks, wires, direct deposits   
accepted. 
 
Optional Pool Heat: $20-$30/day (depends on season, no tax). 
 
$500 refundable security deposit.
