Vacation Rental Description

We are taking reservations for the Summer season 2009. Our completely renovated home in a nice quiet  
neighborhood. New large eat in kitchen that is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer,  
dishwasher, microwave and plenty of seating. The 4 bedrooms have brand new mattresses/mattress  
cover, drerssers nite stands and ceiling fans.The large downstairs family room is equipped with  
TV&DVD. The living area upstairs has air-conditioning. The 2 tv's have cable and internet access is  
included. The 2 new full bathrooms are decorated to perfection.The Outdoor Amenities are: hot/cold  
shower,easy access to level back yard the deck is off the kitchen with new patio furniture, large  
coleman grill, new outdoor furniture and beach wagon and vacuum cleaner to use while you stay. A  
4car driveway with a tree lined back yard. Plenty of towels and linens supplied for a small  
surcharge. 25 mins to Newport 5 mins to Galiliee:block Island ferry and a 5 min drive to 3 state  
beaches. Free access to our private bay beach for a quieter day. Local dining abound delicious  
lobsters from the docks, clam cakes and restaurants galore.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lobsters from the dock. 40 mins from Providence 25muin to Newport  
Mansions The Block Island ferry 5 minutes. Foxwoods 45mins. MUST SEE  
and come enjoy our beautiful home.

Boating, skiing, parasailing,whale watching, snorkeling, sight  
seeing, Adventure land has bumper boats miniature golf biking  
wildlife movies shelling, windsurfing I can just go on and on.
