Back yard is a beautiful desert oasis with patio, fireplace and a gorgeous pebble tec pool that 
looks out to beautiful green fairway of Seville Golf Course. 

Home has 3 bedrooms, Office Den and 2 baths, All linens, towels, and accesories are provided.

Home is a New Rental as of January 2008... This is a great rental. 

Home is 2100 square feet and built in 2004.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Month-long rentals may include access to Seville Sports Club with 
four pools (lap pool, volleyball pool, lagoon for kids, & waterslide 
pool), waterslides, state-of-the-art fitness center, beach 
volleyball, basketball, & tennis.  Kid's playground nearby.
Golf access may also be included for an additional $50 per week at the private Seville Course.

The home is fully furnished with linens, small appliances, etc., so 
just pack your suitcase!  If you have a specific request, just ask 
and we will try to accommodate you.

Within 10 miles of everything you need!  Chandler Fashion Center,

Peak Season rates:
December thru April 
RATES are $400 per night OR $1400 per week
Monthly Peak season rate  $3000 

Off Season rates:
May thru November 
RATES are $200 per night OR  $750 per week
Monthly $2000

* Refundable Security deposit required of $500 (due immediately to hold advanced reservations)
** Cleaning fee $125 required.
*** Additional non refundable pet deposit required of $250

Week is defined as a 7 night span of time and can begin on any day of week.
Tenant will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if they smoke inside this home.
