only supplies you with sun, sand, and gorgeous sunsets, you might  
consider us Gold Crowne! Our building boasts 200 feet of beach  
frontage (and yet we're only three stories!) Our large heated  
beachside pool and deck are great areas for relaxing, socializing,  
or just admiring the sunset.   
  
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities: This condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated with  
your comfort in mind. The living area has a 31" television, DVD, and  
VHS players. Your kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher,  
microwave, and coffeemaker. One bedroom has a television with a DVD  
player, the second bedroom has a television. Both bedrooms have  
large mirrored double door closets. One bedroom has a Queen-size,  
and the other has two full beds and a bath. The washer and dryer  
just happen to be conveniently located next to your unit. Additional  
accommodations for sleeping in the living area, with great  
waterveiw.   

Activities and Attractions

Entertainment: Indian Rocks Beach is located on a barrier island on  
the West Coast of Florida, only a 30 minute drive from Tampa  
International Airport. Indian Rocks Beach attracts many due to it's  
sandy beaches and convenient proximity to many Florida Attractions  
including Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, Universal Studio, and  
Sea World. There are numerous restaurants and shopping areas nearby

All prices based on 4 person occupancy.  Extra person $10 nite, $50  
per week.  All rates quoted in U.S.Funds.  Add 12% Florida tax.
