Vacation Rental Description

The Juniper Guest House was built in 1909.  This beautiful 
mission-style “arts and crafts” home is the perfect place to stay 
while you explore Walla Walla and the lush valley that surrounds it. 
 
The house features three furnished bedrooms each showcasing queen 
sized beds 
with exquisite bedding, a dinning room accommodating six, parlor 
including game table and desk, living room with beautiful fireplace, 
full kitchen sporting island seating for four, and finally, three well 
appointed bathrooms (one with luxurious jetted tub). In our finished 
basement you will 
find an additional un-furnished bedroom (with available inflatable air 
bed), a 
full wet-bar and room for a banquet or party. 
 
Outside you’ll find a gorgeous and beautifully outfitted front porch, 
a back deck for entertaining, and fully fenced yard.

Standard Daily Rates 
 
1 Bedroom $225.00 - up to 2 guests 
2 Bedroom $275.00 - up to 4 guests 
3 Bedroom $325.00 - up to 6 guests 
 
More than 6 guests - $25.00 additional for each per night. 
 
All daily rates are per night plus 10.3% lodging and sales tax. There 
is a 2 night minimum.  No additional cleaning fees or deposits are 
required. 
 
Event/Holiday Pricing 
$425.00 per night + 10.3% lodging and Sales Tax 
Up to 6 adults.  Each additional guest over six $25.00 per night.
