Vacation Rental Description

Come experience gorgeous sunsets against the backdrop of both the Superstition and Dinosaur 
mountains while enjoying a drink from the front courtyard. This fully furnished home has been 
recently remodeled and professionally decorated.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home's amenities include a large master suite with king-sized bed and a guest suite with a 
California king-sized bed with adjoining private guest bathroom.  

Additional amenities include:
   2-car garage with remote door opener
   High-speed internet connection
   37" LCD TV with Direct TV
   Large front courtyard with outdoor table and chairs
   patio in back with gas grill, outdoor table and chairs
   brand new kitchen appliances: dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer 
   Home has central air conditioning with air purifier
   large walk-in closet in master bedroom
   large closet in guest suite
   linen closets fully stocked with sheets and towels
   fully furnished kitchen. You only need to supply food.

Activities and Attractions

You will enjoy viewing wildlife including deer, havelina, road runners and quail.  Approximately 24 
baby quail were born in planters on the back patio.  You will have access to the community's two 
swimming pools, fitness facility, tennis court, jacuzzi and various community activities. Other 
outdoor activites consist of walking, hiking, biking and sight-seeing.

Vacation Rental Rates

October through April  $2200/month
May through September  $1000/month

$500.00 security deposit required to reserve (refundable 14 days after your stay if no damage) plus 
nonrefundable $200.00 cleaning fee.
