Hawaii's beauty awaits you in the form of its fantastic beaches,
majestic mountains, exciting culture, and it's warm people.
Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house is comfortably furnished with all
necessary items to make your stay in Hawaii a memorable one.
We are centrally located with easy access to all parts of the
island. World famous beaches, 5 golf courses, hiking trails,
shopping malls, and fantastic retaurants are just minutes away.
Visit bustling Honolulu and Waikiki and then retreat to quiet
Kaneohe.

The rental unit comes complete with all linens, a washer amd
dryer. Master bedroom has a queen bed, Second bedroom has 2 single beds, and Third bedroom has a double bed.  There is room for multiple car parking with one garage, driveway, and offstreet parking if needed.
Amenities include cable tv, dvd, vcr, and cd player. There is a
full kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, oven, sink, microwave,
coffee maker,toaster, ETC. Other items available for your exclusive
use include a charcoal grill. Also for your use are boogie boards,
beach chairs, and a cooler for your beach excursions.
Internet access--Roadrunner Oceanic (Ethernet cable or wireless).

Activities available in the community and surrounding areas
include Golf, Tennis, Mini golf Park, Zoo, Shopping, Sightseeing,
Restaurants, Kayaking, Sailing, Parasailing, Jet skiing, Shelling,
Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Surfing, Windsurfing, Biking, Hiking,
Fishing, Fitness Center/Gym, Health/Beauty Spa, Racquetball,
Basketball Court, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Live Theatre, Museums,
Horseback Riding, and many other fun and interesting activities.
Your host will be glad to share information on these activities.

DAILY RATE: $195
---All rates subject to appropriate State of Hawaii taxes.
---Minimum 4 nights.
---Cleaning fee  $125.
---Max 6 people.
----We accept VISA, MC, Discover Card, Traveler's Checks, Cashier's Check, and
Personal Check.
DEPOSIT:
$300.00 at time of booking a reservation.
Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
60 Days prior to arrival:Full refund.
30 Days prior to arrival:50% refund.
15 Days prior to arrival:25% refund.
No Refund if notice given less than 15 Days prior to arrival.
Should we be able to re-book the unit for partial or all of
the dates you had reserved, we will give you a refund for the dates
we could fill.  Credit card charges deducted from refund.
