Vacation Rental Description

Come relax in our newly remodeled and newly furnished home just 
blocks from the beach. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and additional 
private sleeping quarters in a upstairs loft. Enjoy all the comforts 
of a fully furnished home that is just a 5 minute drive from 
downtown Santa Barbara and walking distance to the beach and 
Shoreline park. 
Home comfortably sleeps 8 with a king size bed, queen bed, private 
den with a queen sofa bed, and private upstairs loft with a queen 
plus sofa bed.  Both sofa beds are brand new and amazingly 
comfortable. The sofa beds do not have any metal bars, only a very 
comfortable mattress.  There is also a queen size Aero bed that is 
great for kids or teens.
Upstairs loft has separate TV area so parents and children can each 
have their own space.
Outdoor patio is a few steps from the kitchen and downstairs 
livingroom so outdoor grilling and entertaining is a breeze.
Come and enjoy breathtaking Santa Barbara at its best.

Vacation Rental Rates

May-Sept: - $2,800/week or $9,500/month
Holidays: - $3,000/week or $500/night
Oct.-Apr: - $2,200/week excluding Holidays
Three (3) night minimum: - $500/night
$500 rental/security deposit
$200 cleaning fee - deducted from refundable deposit
