Come relax in our remodeled and newly furnished home just
blocks from the beach. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and additional
private sleeping quarters in a upstairs loft. Enjoy all the comforts
of a fully furnished home that is just a 5 minute drive to
downtown Santa Barbara and walking distance to the beach and
Shoreline park.
Home comfortably sleeps 8 with a king size bed, queen bed, private
den with a queen sofa bed, and private upstairs loft with a queen
plus sofa bed. Both sofa beds are brand new and amazingly
comfortable. The sofa beds do not have any metal bars, only a very
comfortable mattress. There are also queen and twin size Aero beds that are
great for kids or teens.
Upstairs loft has separate TV area so parents and children can each
have their own space.
Outdoor patio is a few steps from the kitchen and downstairs
livingroom so outdoor grilling and entertaining is a breeze.

Holidays: - $2,500/week or $500/night (includes UCSB Graduation)
Oct.-Apr: - $2,000/week excluding Holidays
Three (3) night minimum: - $500/night or $1,000/weekend
Security deposit, $1,000 - for stays over 2 weeks deposit is $2,500
$200 cleaning fee - deducted from refundable deposit
City Tax of 12%
