This sweet two bedroom (with one of the bedrooms being open, but closed off from the first bedroom for privacy) is located in gorgeous, green Los Feliz. The unit has a washer and dryer, Cable/HD TV, Wireless Cable, and a full kitchen including an eating area. There is a pull out couch and a twin cot. The apartment (located in a triplex) has an assigned parking spot (although a large truck will not get through driveway) and a very large shared deck (6 person Jacuzzi, 2 BBQ's and large deck overlooking the city) are all located behind a secured gate. This two bedroom apartment (with a queen and double bed) is a comfortable, well maintained, clean unit. The unit is very cute and well decorated. The mood of the unit is calm and quite. This unit is perfect for a party of two. Note the unit is to the side of the driveway and has no views. All linens (thick threaded sheets), cooking utensils, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and so much more are included.
