Enjoy the wide lake vista through French doors all across the back of this nicely appointed home located on a broad expanse of Lake Anna. A large entertainment deck stretches across the entire lake side of this attractive water front home. The deck is nicely equipped with a large patio table
and gas grill BBQ, perfect for entertaining while soaking up relaxing lake views. The street side of the house has a covered porch from which to welcome your guests to the lake.

A large great room with cathedral ceiling accommodates large groups. Adjacent dining area has large dining table seating eight or more. A counter/bar between the dining area and kitchen seats four and doubles as a 'perch' from which to supervise or keep the chef company in the well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom suite features a king bed as well as a pull out sofa. In addition to a separate shower, the master bath has a soaking tub accented by cedar walls. On the ground floor, three bedrooms and a recreation room await, also with excellent lake views through French doors.

Swim or fish from the boat house deck or adjacent pier or just sit and relax on the deck area along the waterfront. Lake Anna has excellent fishing and boating including cruising or water skiing. Boats and jet skis are readily available for rental at marinas located only minutes away. Nearby attractions include Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens, historic Monticello and Williamsburg, Charlottesville and the University of Virginia, as well as the scenic Shenandoah River and Valley. Nearby wineries beckon guests with excellent selections and prices. A 2 hour drive will land you in the nation's capital, Washington, DC, with innumerable museums and memorials to visit and experience.

Winter rates: 15 October to 1 April - $600 per week.
Spring and fall rates: 1 April to 20 June; 7 Sep to 15 Oct - $1000 per week.
Summer rates: 20 June to 6 September - $1400 per week.
