Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful mountain home located in Towamensing Trails, just a short
walk (less than 1/2 mile!) to the lake, pool, clubhouse, and marina
and only 5 - 7 miles from Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski resorts.
Towamensing Trails is a private vacation spot, offering a crystal
clear 190 acre stocked lake with boat rentals available. There is a
sandy beach, outdoor lakefront swimming pool, clubhouse with video
games and pool table, lakefront restaurant and bar, tennis and
basketball courts. For the kids, there is a playground and kiddie
pool. In addition to skiing, the Trails are centrally located to many
other major Pocono attractions, such as Hickory run State Park, state
game lands, Pocono Raceway, golf course, horseback riding, paintball,
outlet shopping and historical Jim Thorpe area.

The home has 3 bedrooms (2 queen & 2 twin beds plus a pull-out sofa
bed in the living room), and 3 full bathrooms (2 of which adjoin the
bedrooms). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac which gives you
both privacy and a lot of peace and quiet! With cathedral ceilings and
lots of large windows there is plenty of sunlight to fill the room.

You are pampered by being provided with a clean, comfortable, large
home with paper products, bathroom products, facility passes and a
complete kitchen with all staples, all appliances, TV, large jet tub
and a Fireplace! The chalet is available for rental year-round; for
weekends, by the week, monthly or seasonally, as available. Sleeps up
to 8 comfortably (10 is the absolute maximum. Occupants must be at
least 28 years old to reside the house. There is No Smoking inside the
house. Make your reservations now, as we fill up quickly!

There is a large jet tub in the main bathroom.  BBQ grill, large
wraparound deck, and a tree house!

Holidays extra charge.
$300 Security Deposit Required.  $70 cleaning fee.
