Rates for off-season weeks are available at $1800.00 per week. Two night limit for weekends at a minimun of $500. per night. No group rentals. Adults must be at least 25 years of age. We will negotiate a 3 or 4 night stay.   A $500.00 security deposit is required and  payments to be in thirds - by POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ONLY.
