Community. 

Its central location and easy access to freeways makes it convenient to enjoy all that Phoenix has 
to offer. You can Golf here or at one of 34 courses within a 20 minute drive. 

Pathway to the pool and spa is just 3 houses down! 

Area attractions include Sunsplash Water Park, Phoenix Zoo, Spring Training, NASCAR, PGA & LPGA 
events, Barrett-Jackson car auction, the list goes on. Just minutes to great shopping and formal or 
casual dining. Open floor plan, large outdoor patio, double garage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated poo and spa.  Home comes fully furnished.  King bed in master.  Queen bed in 2nd bedroom.  2 
twin bunks in 3rd 
bedroom.  Futon in den/office and crib.  Large TV with satellite.  All the comforts of home.  Big 
cozy sectionals.  BBQ and lawn furniture.  If you wanted to squeeze, you could sleep 11 or 12.

Activities and Attractions

What can't you do when you get 330+ days a year of sunshine!  There is no higher concentration of 
good golf courses in the east valley. Come back after golf and take a soak in the hot tub with a 
cool one and talk about how close your were to breaking???? Great home for the non 
golfer who just wants to relax by shopping till they drop. Renowned shopping at Chandler Fashion 
Centre is only 20 minutes away and Superstition Mall is less than 10 minutes!  Scottsdale is less 
than 25 minutes. How about just relaxing by the pool.  
Take a drive to the Grand Canyon, you will NOT be disappointed.  Activities?  Too many to list.
