This home is a brand new 1560 square foot manufactured home built  
with your comfort in mind. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with  
extra linens provided. The extra large closets allow you to bring  
extra clothing so you can be comfortably dressed while you enjoy all  
the attractions located nearby. The den is furnished with a queen  
size pull out sofa, recliner and entertainment center with 27" TV. 
For privacy, just close the french doors. 
 
The kitchen and dining tables each seat 6. While sitting at the  
kitchen table you can enjoy the view of the tidal brook and watch  
the  
local Florida birds (you might even get to see an alligator or  
turtle). 
 
The home is located in the community of Colony Cove, a reort-style  
community designed around an active 55+ lifestyle, with waterfront  
views to spare and a variety of amenities and activities to enjoy. 
 
We are located approximately one and a half hours from Disney Parks,  
Busch Gardens, and many other attractions.
