Full payment in US funds is required upon arrival; a cashier's check or money order is preferred. Personal checks are not accepted unless received two weeks in advance at minimum.

6% Short term rental Tax (required per FL state law), and cleaning fee are included in the rate quote. Parking permit is provided upon arrival.

Deposit is required to reserve your requested time of stay and remove the unit's availability; also, it serves as a damage deposit and is separate from the rate quote. Your deposit is held until check-out and returned if no extensive damages are present (cashiers' check); occasionally, due to owner's schedule, it is mailed back after check-out:

$300 deposit for a week.
$100 for a weekend.
