vacation rental description
This 25 x 50 house has a king sized bed open living space, cozy kitchen concept. Three bedrooms occupy the other end of the home including a master bedroom with a master bathroom and another bathroom off of the main hallway. A 42" flat screen tv containing Dish network is nestled in the 10 person dining area among a large cast iron woodstove that sits beside a four foot oval stand that holds the wood supplied. A 3 person couch along with love seat sits across from the dining area where the stereo and CD player that can be accessed. All amenities included, as well as an 8 foot bbq with rotisserie located on the front porch. This house can comfortably sleep 10 people in beds and a few extra on air mattresses.

The house is located on a private back road that can hold up to 10 cars in the driveway and has little to no traffic. There is a large backyard and a big wrap around deck that obtains a camper hook up and fire pit. Commerical size bbq however, a Diner is conveniently located 500 ft along with a Stewart's shop.
We have bike trails, bring your own snow mobile, hiking, atv and crosscountry
skiing that runs through our backyard. Miles and miles of trails and views.
A 1\4 mile west on 23a is the town of Tannersville and another 2
miles west is Hunter Mountain.

antiquing, village skate park and basket ball courts, golf (golf weather is great three seasons a year), North Lake, Hunter Mtn. Skyride, Zip line, Catskill Game Farm, Esopus Tubing, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame.
