quaint Potts Point region of South Harpswell, just 40 minutes from 
Portland. Beautiful pine and oak wood flooring, an upstairs bedroom, 
a sitting room and a Master Bedroom with a fireplace, a sunken 
living room with views across the bay to Bailey Island and out onto 
Casco Bay. Imacculately kept and furnished it is truly an unbeatable 
place to enjoy a summer vacation. Walk a hundred yards to Dick's 
Lobsters or venture down to the point to collect shells or sea 
glass. Enjoy 
the beach,literally 50 yards from the cottage. It's A place you will 
come back to year after year, where lifetime memories will be made. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Internet Capable, Cable T.V., DVD and CD 
player, Wood Stove, fireplace, sitting and reading room. Beds 
include 2 Kings, 1 Queen,  and 1 single bed. Parking is 
limited to 2 vehichles only!

Everything your heart can desire.  Sea kayaking, fishing, shell 
collecting, boating, hiking, bike riding, walking, and of 
course....good 'ol relaxation!!

Vacation Rental Rates

$1700/week From June to September.
$1000/week For October and November.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit upon final inspection.
