The rate for December - April is $1950. per month. This includes
utilities and yard maintenance. May - November is $1150. per month.
There is a $85. fee to join the community center... you will
have use of the huge heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, gym,card
room, library with computers, pool tables and all other amenities.
This incluses golf at a discount.
Will entertain 6 month / annual lease.
