Vacation Rental Description

Location: Kernville, Lake Isabella, Gold Country & High Sierra, 
Wofford Heights, (50 mi. NE of Bakersfield/2 hour drive from LA)

Brand New duplex built January 2008. Fully furnished with all the 
modern convienences. Across the street from Kern River on Sierra 
Way.  Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with tub and shower. A 
fully furnished kitchen, dining room and large living room. A great 
deck on the upper unit and a roomy patio on lower unit. Beautiful 
mountain view. A unique vacation location, quiet and 
peaceful. A short distance to all area activities including world 
class kayaking, white water rafting, boating ,swimming, mountain 
biking,all levels of hiking and an abundance of lake and river 
fishing. Take a scenic tour of the Giant Sequoias. In the winter 
enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing and sledding at Shirley 
Meadows Ski Resort, just 20 minutes up Evans Road.

At the end of the day you may want to visit one of many fine 
resturants in the area or return home and put together a home cooked 
meal in the fully equipped kitchen or BBQ on the patio! After dinner 
you may kick back for a relaxing evening, play board games, cards, 
maybe a little TV.  If you enjoy nature, stargaze right outside your 
door.  There is plelnty of local nite life where you can enjoy a 
drink and some music. A little "two-step"? in Kernville.

Weekday Nights (Sun-Wed.)......$175/night per unit
Call for weekly and monthly rates.
Cleaning fee $70 per stay
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
* Two-Night Minimum required.  Three-Night Minimum on Holidays.
* Rental fees subject to occupancy tax
* Reservations confirmed upon receipt of signed rental agreement  & 
deposit payment.
