Vacation Rental Description

As long as you are going to vacation in Florida, why not stay on the 
beach????

This fabulous 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located DIRECTLY on the 
beach!  Madeira Beach is a quiet community located in the Tampa Bay 
area between St Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach, and is an amazingly 
easy drive (usually 90 minutes) to and from Disney's front entrance!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The building is unique with it's closer-to-the-water setting and 
unbelievable view.  You will see the dolphins swim by many times 
each day!  You will see fabulous sunsets from your bedroom and from 
the balcony room!

Our condo provides all of the standard amenities you would expect 
from a condo vacation (and some that others do not) -- linens, 
towels, soaps, plates, bowls, glassware, cutlery, soaps, trash bags, 
etc.

There is a washer/dryer IN the unit.

Your wireless internet is free!

The building has a 30,000-gallon solar and gas-heated pool, BRAND 
NEW gas grills and islands for you, a covered wooden deck with 
picnic tables, a BRAND NEW sun deck by the beach, assigned covered 
parking, secure keyless entryway, etc.  

Jack and Jacquie are our onsite manager/hosts -- they will help you 
enjoy your vacation!

 

Activities and Attractions

Madeira Vista is located just 1.5 miles north of famous Johns Pass 
village.

We are less than two hours from any of the Orlando-area attractions -
- Disney World, Sea World, EPCOT, Universal Studios, etc.   We are 
equally close to Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower Gardens, Weeki 
Wachee/Silver Springs, and more! 

We are less than one hour from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, the 
Florida Aquarium, the Dali Museum, Lowry Park Zoo, the Ringling 
Museums of Art and Circus, MOSI, and more! 

We are only minutes from Johns Pass Village, Sunken Gardens, the 
Suncoast Seabird Sancutary, the St Pete Pier, and more!

And I think we mentioned this:  WE ARE RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!!!!!

8/16/08 - 12/20/08  $695.00 to $745.00/week

OUR MULTIPLE-WEEK DISCOUNTS ARE SUBSTANTIAL!

November, and December you can get FOUR WEEKS FOR THE PRICE OF 
THREE!)
