Vacation Rental Description

Spend time in the sun or snow in our beautiful, new 5 bedroom River 
Meadows home.  It comfortably sleeps 10-14 and there is plenty of 
room for sleeping baggers in the bonus room.  The home is located 
just 7 miles South of Sunriver in a wonderful community alongside 
the Deschutes River.  This custom family home is decorated for 
warmth and comfort with 2 fireplaces, hardwood, slate, travertine, 
granite, custom lighting ,etc.  It sits on a quiet street leading to 
the tennis courts, community pool/hot tub and river.  There are 
miles of walking/bike paths to enjoy.  The garage fits 3 vehicles 
and there is more room in the driveway for parking.  Children were 
kept in mind when we installed the big screen, video games and ping 
pong table in the bonus room. At the same time, adults can enjoy 
their own movies/cable on the plasma screen in the living room.

opportunities.

This part of  Central Oregon includes many lakes such as Crane 
Prarie, Wickiup, Lava Butte, Paulina, East Lake and many others and 
of course the Deschutes and Fall River.  These are all within 
minutes.

Sunriver (7 miles away) is the nearest town which features many 
restaurants, mini golf, golf, ice skating, grocery, shopping, etc.

Mt Bachelor is also just minutes away for great skiing, tubing and 
sledding.
