Affordable Beach Vacation - Directly across from the GULF!!! in Indian Shores

AWESOME! This is a Great beach getaway! Located at 19105 Gulf Blvd
which is directly across the street
from the beach. Beach access is diagonally across the street. This
unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and is located in Indian Shores (halfway
between Clearwater Beach & St Pete Beach). The master bedroom has a
queen
size bed and a dresser. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds
(so 4
beds), a dresser and a large closet. There is also a pull out sofa in
the family room that sleeps 2
for a total of 8 comfortably. The unit is nicely updated with new
kitchen and bathroom.
Conveniently located close to Park Blvd and nature park. Unit is a
second floor unit (of a 2 story building) and you will need to be
able to go up stairs to access the
unit (no
elevator).

The reason for the low, low price is because I want to keep the unit
continuously rented. The unit
is in very
good condition & is across from the beach.

minutes to Tampa (Busch Gardens) & 1.5 hours to Orlando (Disney
World).
There is a grocery store nearby and a variety of restaurants as well
as things to do for the entire family! Miniature golf, bowling,
swimming, nature parks, bring the family!

1/1 through 10/31 Rate is $550 per week 

11/1-12/31- rates available upon request

$65 Cleaning fee not included in rate.
12% total tax not included in rate.
$95 US includes reservation deposit and acts as security deposit
and damage deposit. It is returned via mail
following checkout, cleaning, and successful inspection, etc. of the
unit. The unit is strictly non-smoking and one forfeits the $95
security deposit for the special smoking cleaning fee for people who
smoke in the unit.
