Vacation Rental Description

This very clean, 1000 sq. ft, completely updated & modern townhome is 
walking distance from the famous Del Mar Racetrack and San Diego 
County Fair. Located on a private drive, this secluded townhome is an 
end unit with mature landscaping. Enjoy real maple hardwood floors, 
vaulted ceilings, an updated modern kitchen with black granite 
counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.  
 
On the upstairs level there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a 
private sink. The 2 upstairs rooms share a "jack & jill" style 
bathroom with full bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen 
size bed. The deck off the living room has a table, chairs and a Weber 
gas grill. The open downstairs floor plan is perfect for entertaining 
or relaxing.  
 
There is a half bath downstairs off the kitchen. The backyard has a 
new deck, "E-Z Turf" grass, and table & chairs to enjoy outdoor living.

All linens and towels are included and we provide several beach 
towels, beach chairs and a surfboard. Enjoy the community swimming 
pool and jacuzzi after a day at the track or beach.
