Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, newly decorated with beautiful 
furniture, large flat screen tv, DVD, fully furnished kitchen, 
linens, gourmet kitchen, parking, king bed, queen bed, light and 
airy, deck off livingroom, beautiful view of bay, one block from 
beach, and only three blocks from downtown Balboa Island.  The unit 
is an upper unit of a duplex, with single person living  fulltime 
downstairs.  No pets and no smoking please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located on Little Island, unit is spacious and has onsite washer and 
dryer.  Parking is available on site with barbeque and deck 
overlooking bay down the street.  It is a spacious unit, on the 
corner, so it is extremely light and airy.  Recently refurnished 
with designer furniture, and large entertainment area, it is the 
perfect way to spend your vacation.  

Activities and Attractions

Located on beautiful little Balboa Island, on a quiet corner, two 
blocks from quaint downtown Balboa Island.  Not far from the ferry, 
which takes you to the peninsula, the beach and the Pacific Ocean. 
There you can enjoy surfing, bicycling, skating, walking, and 
skateboarding.   World famous golf courses are just a short drive, 
along with Disneyland, and Knottsberry Farm. Some of the best 
restaurants in Southern California are just a short drive,and quaint 
Corona del Mar is just up the street.  Visit Fashion Island for some 
of the best shopping around.

Winter Rates:  Holidays - $2200/wk
               Monthly (non-holiday) - $2600

Summer Rates:  June 1st to August 15th - 2400/wk

Cleaning deposit of $125.00
Refundable security deposit of $800.00
