We would like to welcome you to our little piece of paradise and hope
you will enjoy a stay here as much as we do!

Kapalua Ridge Villa 1521 is located on top of the ridge near the
famous Kapalua Beach. It offers it's visitors a spectacular panoramic
view of the Pacific Ocean, neighboring islands and the Maui's north
shore coast line. Tropical breezes keep this scenic location pleasant
and comfortable even on the warmest Maui days. Experience magnificent
sunrises and sunsets from this beautifully decorated and recently
remodeled Villa. Walking distance to Ritz Carlton Kapalua, golf and beach.

This enchanting 1125 sq. foot one master bedroom accommodation
includes one and a half bathrooms, living room, dining area, full
sized kitchen and laundry area. This unit has been recently remodeled
to include upgraded kitchen appliances, granite countertops, tile
floors, cherry wood cabinets and has been fully refurnished.

Activities and Attractions

 Kapalua is an unparalleled resort community secluded amidst a
23,000-acre pineapple plantation on Maui's West coast. Beaches, shops,
restaurants, tennis and three championship golf courses and swimming
pools bless the area. The name "Kapalua" means "arms embracing the
sea". Quiet coves make excellent snorkeling and swimming, while nearby
rolling waves and a rugged shore invite a sunset picnic. Unique shops
and restaurants are only a stroll away. Kapalua Bay Hotel and the
Ritz-Carlton Hotel offer excellent dining and invites you to inquire
and participate in social activities. A complementary shuttle bus is
available to transport you to all the activities within the resort area.

Kapalua is a destination resort area with several beautiful beaches,
including one of the most beautiful in the world, if not Maui. It
boasts three championship golf courses, one of which (the Plantation)
hosts the PGA season-opening Mercedes Championship.

# Nightly Rates September 1st - 30th & December 1-16th -$155.00/night
# Nightly Rate December 16th - January 5th $275-$350/night 7-10 night

# $90 Cleaning charge for stays less than 7 nights; otherwise, no charge
# Add 11.416% Maui Sales and Use Tax to All Rates
# 2 nights deposit upon Booking. Balance Due 45 day before arrival
# Last Minute Reservations may be $155 based on demand.
