This is a 1000 square feet of lakefront cottage built in 2002 located in a gated peninsula with
three other homes. The home has over 250' of lake front with plenty of deep water. The paved path
provides a gentle walk to the double-decker boat dock available for fishing, swimming, sunning, and
can accommodate a personal watercraft or boat. All modern conveniences are provided including
wireless internet service. With hardwood and tile floors, the cottage has one bedroom and one bath
with separate toilet room. The covered porch provides a relaxing view of gorgeous sunsets over
Lake Hartwell and the gas fireplace sets the stage for a cozy evening.

This cottage has central heat and air, gas fireplace, Satelite TV, wireless internet service, phone
service, DVD/VCR, and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a king bed and the den has a queen sleeper
sofa. The full kitchen has a refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven,
blender, and all cooking and eating essentials. A charcoal grill is also available.

The boat dock w/ sun deck is available for swimming, sunning, fishing, and tie-up room for a
personal watercraft or boat. Outlet shopping only 45 minutes. Nearby towns include Seneca,
Clemson, Anderson, Toccoa, and Northeast Georgia Mountains for shopping, dining, and antiquing.
Upstate South Carolina and the mountains of Georgia offer many hiking trails with waterfalls only
minutes away.
