Tastefully decorated, this colonial is spacious with both a 12 x 18
living room and 12x20 cathedral ceiling family room. Sunny and bright,
this house has cross-ventilating windows in all bedrooms. One bedroom
is conveniently located on the first floor, next to a bathroom with
shower. All mattresses are posturepedic. This house is fully
applianced, has upgraded cable, VCR, and a large, gas grill. There is
a level back yard with clothesline. Four adult beach passes to the
Narragansett town beach are included. Located in historic Narragansett
Pier, the house is walking distance to tennis courts and playground
and just one mile (all sidewalk) to Narragansett beach, seawall, and
center of town, . Shopping center is close by and the State Beach is
2.75 miles away. There is driveway parking for four cars.

Our 9 room home is spacious and fully furnished. There are hardwood
floors throughout and all bedrooms have full or queen posturepedic
mattresses. We provide a vacuum cleaner, washer & dryer, dishwasher,
microwave, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker,
toaster, expanded cable television. Direct Connect and Wireless High
Speed Internet Access are provided.

Bedspreads and pillows are provided but sheets, towels and
pillow cases are not.

There is a level back yard with gas grill and picnic set.

We also provide 4 beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach for summer
rentals. Children under 12 are not charged admission.

Swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, tennis and cycling. Block Island
Ferry and Newport mansions nearby.
