very comfortable furnishings and all amenities.   Large private patio.  Just bring your tooth 
brush and clothes to enjoy Arizona's beautiful fall, winter and spring weather. Convenient 
restaurants, excellent shopping and endless entertainment within 2 - 8 minutes away.    Your 
options are endless, take a day trip with easy access to many locations just get on highway 
60 and head west 35 miles to Phoenix or north to Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff or the Grand 
Canyon.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air and heat, ceiling fans in every room.  Build in desk in third bedroom.  
Built in appliances, Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, washer & dryer.  Dishware, 
cookware, silverware, Coffemaker, toaster, & misc items.      All linens,  TV.

Resort facilities include 3 - 9 hole golf courses, tennis, sports 
and shuffle board courts, a soft ball field, 2 swimming pools, a 
jacuzzi/spa, a large, well equipped fitness room (trainer available)
and a large billard room.  Walking and bike riding are great in this safe community, 
high quality entertainment and dancing to live music plus many 
additional rooms for many other activities.

Golf, Tennis, softball, pickleball, shuffleboard, swimming, and many different arts and craft, 
exercise (aerobics, water & yoga), and computer classes.  We have bingo, Mah Jongg and
