room and bedroom. VCR and dvd players available. We anticapate
Internet available in January. Lovely lanai overlooking gulf for
relaxation.

vacation rental rates
Available by the month peak season, January thru April $4250. May
thru December weekly or longer, starting from $1000 per week. Rates
may vary based on length of stay. 11% sales tax and $65.00 cleaning
fee. $400 refundable deposit. Deposit due to reserve dates. Full
rent due minimum 60 days out from arrival. Payments accepted by
Paypal or checks, money orders or cashiers check.
