Available by the month peak season, January thru April $4250. May
thru December weekly or longer, starting from $1000 per week. Rates
may vary based on length of stay. 11% sales tax and $65.00 cleaning
fee. $400 refundable deposit. Deposit due to reserve dates. Full
rent due minimum 60 days out from arrival. Payments accepted by
Paypal or checks, money orders or cashiers check.
