Vacation Rental Rates

Rates & Policies:  
Monday thru Thursday $225 Per Night - Friday thru Sunday $449 per Night Holidays Add $100 - Weekly  
$1,799 - Cleaning Fee $150 (Non-Refundable) Pool & Jacuzzi Heating $35 per Night. Security Deposit  
$500 - $600 (Fully-Refundable) Check-in time is 4:00 PM Check-out time is 10:00 AM 3 night minimum  
stay. 24 Guest maximum occupancy at NO additional charge. 50% of booking amount is due at time of  
reservation. Full amount due 90 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is due 1 week prior to  
arrival. Amount is based on number of guests and length of stay. Security deposit is refunded 1 week  
post departure.
