Villas La Posada in La Paz

Beat the cost of a hotel room. We rent this condominium to
vacationers! Normal rental periods are from a week to a month. We are
conveniently located two miles south of the Central District of the
City of La Paz and 11 blocks from the start of the famous "Malecon"
walkway. We are 5 miles north of the international airport and one
half block from the beach. Incidently, the governor lives on our
street. Bring all your water toys or rent here. We will provide you
with a brand new two bedroom, two bath unit.

adjacent the pool and the other is a top the 8 story tower displaying
incredible vistas.

All this available to you right out your back door.

The City of La Paz and its fine restuarants are all around you. For
the hardy, one could walk to downtown La Paz. For the less than hardy
or if one is short of time, we can provide you with a taxi and
driver, whom you may call 24/7, who will drop you off and pick you up
when you are ready. We would recommend the use of a taxi even if you
have your own car, as the parking, in the city, can get a little
tight. Basically a one way fare is $5.00 USD. Compare this with the
cost of moving your car or a rental.

On special request we can supply you with a 34 foot sail boat and
skipper (me) to show you the city from the water, and watch a
beautiful sunset. An overnite trip to the Isla Esperito Santos is
possible. There is more:

Currently the summer rates are $750/week up to three persons, $800/ week
for 4 people. Rates per day for less than a week are $135. Rates are
subject to change.
