Vacation Rental Description

This "old Florida" style home is located directly on Boca Ciega Bay. We have a large private  
dock with a boat lift. Also plenty of room and deep water for a sailboat. Sit on our dock and  
watch the Dolphins play in the backyard (the bay) or enjoy the best sunset you'll ever see.  
There is over 75 feet of water front in the backyard. 
 
Located just a few minutes from John's Pass with plenty of food, fun  
and shopping.  
 
Oh, the beach is about a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute  
drive from the house. Enjoy the bay from the backyard or take a walk or drive to the beach  
(gulf side).

attractions are only 1 1/2 hours away driving down I-4. 
 
Great location to start your day trip and see the local sites.

Vacation Rental Rates

Now Taking Reservations for the 08-09 Winter Season.

Please e-mail with the months you plan to visit.  
 
 
The monthly rate is $2500 US, with a refundable damage deposit of $300.  This includes all your 
utilities, fees and taxes. No extra charge for tv or internet. 
 
** I can not rent by the week or single month due to residential zoning. ** 
 
We are able to take   visa   mc   amex   or  payment through Paypal and you can use a check with  
enough time to clear the bank.  
 
Ask if the boat lift is available. No charge to use dock. 
 
If planing to stay next winter season 08-09, please contact us early to send your deposit and  
reserve your  
months. The winter months do book real fast. There is a 3 month minimum. 
 
-20% non-refundable deposit required to hold dates (applies to rent) 
-Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy. 
-Security fee of $300 due prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
