Vacation Rental Description

Wanting to escape the cold weather - no snow-blowing here! This is the ultimate golfer’s getaway.  
This privately gated, non-smoking, 4119 sf home surrounded by million dollar homes is perfect for  
corporate entertaining, a family reunion, a relaxing/romantic vacation, or for active vacationers  
who like hiking, golfing, sporting events, sightseeing and much more! 
 
Desert Diamond Oasis is a luxuriously decorated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, + den/office vacation home with  
all the upgrades and is kept immaculate. The 5th bedroom is a separate guest casita with it's own  
private bath. The casita is located just off the courtyard which features a water fountain. Extra  
single mattresses and playpens are available upon request. 
 
*Christmas, Fiesta Bowl, Barrett-Jackson, FBR, Golf, Spa, and Family Fun Packages are available!  
Packages include catering, grocery/liquor delivery, daily chauffeur service, babysitting, dry  
cleaning service, photocopy services, fax services, printer availability, complimentary USA Today (M- 
F), complimentary evening reception 5-6:30 pm, golf clubs to use, and more amenities! Packages may  
include a welcome basket containing a variety of gifts including: Fine dining for four, 4 Members

A day spa, banking, shopping, dining and grocery stores are nearby. The home features a gated front  
courtyard with fountain. It has an inviting tropically-landscaped resort backyard designed to  
entertain with pebbletec pool/heated spa, rock waterfalls, fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ, and 2  
outdoor patio areas. 
 
The fabulously furnished interior of this executive home boasts a stone wall with fireplace and  
massage chair in the comfy family room; kitchen table for 8; dining table for 10-12; an  
entertainment room with billiard table, foosball table, and piano; an entertainer’s kitchen fit for  
a gourmet cook; and travertine throughout. Desert Diamond Oasis has a 3-car garage, central heat/AC,  
and COX cable for tv.

Desert Diamond Oasis is within 5 miles of Eagle Mountain, Sunridge Canyon, and Desert Canyon golf  
courses. Saguaro Lake is just 20 miles to the northeast. You may even decide to head north for a  
scenic drive to Payson, Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon.  
 
The 101 freeway nearby, allows easy access to: University of Phoenix stadium (Super Bowl, Fiesta  
Bowl, Arizona Cardinals), Jobingdotcom Arena (Phoenix Coyotes), US Airways Arena (Phoenix Suns),  
Chase Field (Arizona Diamondbacks), Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Arizona State University, Tempe

Vacation Rental Rates

FREE Wireless broadband internet access! Transportation and personalized shopping may be included  
for a nominal charge. Daily continental breakfast, wake-up calls, and light housekeeping are  
included as requested. Home provides supreme comfort for your most exquisite stay, and can be  
tailored to meet your needs. 
 
Please contact owner for additional information and special deals – serious inquiries only. Credit  
check and approval is required, as well as a signed contract. At the time of booking your stay,  
fifty percent (50%) of the rent is needed to hold the property and is non-refundable. The balance of  
the rent is due thirty (30) days prior to the occupancy date. Reservations can be cancelled, however  
no refund is provided unless home is rebooked for the same travel dates. Payment and security  
deposit (20% of total rent) is required prior to occupancy. Security deposit is fully refundable  
after final inspection of property. This house is located in a deed-restricted community. All leases  
must be for no less than 30 days. All leases must be for single-family residential use only. Any  
unauthorized pets will result in loss of the security deposit plus any damages. 
 
Rates: 
$2200-8200/month (costs are dependent on season, and decrease for longer length of stays).  
Extra Week Rate: $2200/week, $460/night. 
All rates are for up to 10 people. 
Long term renters are welcome.
