and a very child friendly loft, 2 full baths. Located with in true walking distance to The Village ( 
restaurants, shops, Starbucks and the gondola to Canyon lodge ), and right next to the brand new 
Westin Hotel. This spacious condo is filled with windows and has veiws from them all.  You come to 
Mammoth for the mountain views and this condo has them. Perfect place for  those that don't ski. 
This condo is very light and clean. It's townhouse stlye, no units above or bellow to make noise all 
night. Park your cars for your entire trip. You can take a short walk to the village gondola or take 
the blue line shuttle route located in front of complex. This unit is steps to the spa and rec room 
complete with a ping pong table. Open space right out back for sledding and snow play. No smoking or 
pets. Managment company in Mammoth for key pick up and drop off, and on the spot problem solving.

players, VCR,  Stereo, board games and play station 2. Wood burning stove with wood and starter

you'd need for a home cooked meal.  Storage for your skis or fishing gear. 1 new pillow top cal 
king, 1 queen, full bunk bed with pillow top, and fold out queen sofa.The best matresses for the 
best sleep. Humidifiers in every room to help guarantee good night sleep at Mammoth's high 
elevation. High quality sheets and towels. Full cleaning service after every guest. Full size washer 
and dryer in unit so you never have to put on wet ski clothes. On site management steps from unit to 
help with questions or problems. We have thought of everything 
so you can come in and relax.

Activities and Attractions

Snowmobile, ski, snowboard, sledding or start a big fire and unwind. Walk to the Village for fine 
dining/ night life or cook your freshly cuaght fish in the kitchen. Don't forget the summer fishing, 
hiking, and world class mountain biking. Take a summer trip down to Devils post pile or take up fly 
fishing.
